The Vinaigrette – Salad Dressing

Ingredients: White wine vinegar or vinegar 3 tbsp Olive oil 10 tbsp Honey 1½ tsp Mustard 1½ tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Fresh crushed peeper 1/2 tsp     Directions: Mix vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk in olive oil in a this stream till the mixture in emulsified.

Ingredients: Strawberry Crush 60g Mango juice 60ml Black Tea 180ml Lime juice 10ml         Directions:   Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour it all into a glass. Garnish with a slice fresh orange.

Pineapple and Lemongrass Cooler

Ingredients: Fresh Pineapple 30g, cut into chunks, lemongrass juice 20 ml Lime juice20 ml Soda 60 ml       Directions: In a shaker,muddle the pineapple chunks,lemongrass and mint leaves.Add remaining ingredients with ice.Shake vigorously.strain into glass over some ice.Add fresh cut pineapple to garnish.
