The Vinaigrette – Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

• White wine vinegar or vinegar 3 tbsp
• Olive oil 10 tbsp
• Honey 1½ tsp
• Mustard 1½ tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Fresh crushed peeper 1/2 tsp

    Directions: Mix vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk in olive oil in a this stream till the mixture in emulsified.
