Thandai
Ingredients:
- 1-2 lts water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 1 tbsp melon seeds
- 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 tbsp tennel (saunf)
- 1/2 tsp cardomam(elaichi)powder
- 1/2 peppercom whole
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1/2 cup dried roes petals
- 1 and half cup honey
Directions:
Add honey to water and keep aside.Wash all ingredients.Soak foe 3-4 hours.Blend into thick paste.Add water mixture to this paste.Add milk and rose water.Add cardamom powder mix well.Serve chilled.
