Peeled raw shrimp and cut into 1-inch pieces - 350 Grams
French Beans thinly sliced - 250 Grams
Red bell pepper thinly sliced - 1 Large
Fresh or frozen peas - 1 Cup
Chopped Garlic - 3 Cloves
Low-fat plain yogurt - 1½ Cups
Chopped Parsley - ¼ cup
Lemon Juice -3 Tablespoon
Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 Tablespoon
Freshly ground pepper - ½ Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Preparation
Time: 30mins
Take a large pot of water and bring it to a boil.
Add spaghetti and cook for 2 minutes then add french beans, shrimps, bell pepper, and peas. Cook them until the shrimp and spaghetti get cooked. Leave it for 2-3 minutes and then drain well.
Take a big bowl whisk yogurt, add parsley, lemon juice, oil, pepper, salt and mash garlic. Mix all the ingredient well.
Now add the pasta mixture and toss to coat. Serve in a stylish bowl.
