Shrimp and Veggies Creamy Garlic Pasta

Ingredient

 
  • Whole wheat spaghetti - Half Kg
  • Peeled raw shrimp and cut into 1-inch pieces - 350 Grams
  • French Beans thinly sliced - 250 Grams
  • Red bell pepper thinly sliced - 1 Large
  • Fresh or frozen peas - 1 Cup
  • Chopped Garlic - 3 Cloves
  • Low-fat plain yogurt - 1½ Cups
  • Chopped Parsley - ¼ cup
  • Lemon Juice -3 Tablespoon
  • Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Freshly ground pepper - ½ Teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

 

Time: 30mins

  • Take a large pot of water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add spaghetti and cook for 2 minutes then add french beans, shrimps, bell pepper, and peas. Cook them until the shrimp and spaghetti get cooked. Leave it for 2-3 minutes and then drain well.
  • Take a big bowl whisk yogurt, add parsley, lemon juice, oil, pepper, salt and mash garlic. Mix all the ingredient well.
  • Now add the pasta mixture and toss to coat. Serve in a stylish bowl.
