Recipe of Greek Chicken
Ingredients
4 pound chicken, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 lemons, juiced
Directions
Prepare the marinade in a glass dish by mixing garlic, oregano, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Put chicken pieces in the mixture and marinate it. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or better, overnight.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate and then place chicken on the grill.
Cook chicken pieces up to 30 minutes or till the juices run clear. Don’t forget to rotate sides.
