Rabri Orangia

Ingredients:

  • 1 ltr double toned milk
  • 2-3 chotti elaichi (cardamom) crushed
  • 1-2 slice brown bread (remove sides)
  • (Crumbled the bread in the mixture)
  • 1-2 tbsp speenda sugar free (stevio)
  • 1” fresh orange peel (cut into strips and chop)
  For the topping:
  • ½ packet china grass (Optional).
  • 1 cup ready made orange juice (use 100% orange juice no sugar added).
  • Sugar free powder to taste.
  • 1 large orange – peeled and skin removed.
  Directions:
  1. Place milk and elaichi in the kadahi. Boil and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
  2. Add fresh bread crumbs. Cook for 10 min till slightly thick like rabri. Add sugar. Mix and remove from heat.
  3. Add orange peel. Pour rabri in to dish. Cool till set.
  4. Pour orange juice over cold rabri in the dish.
  5. Garnish with orange peels.
