Prunes Cake

Ingredients:

  • Prunes 200 gms
  • Butter 250 gms
  • Sugar (you can use sugar free/splende) 250 gms
  • Eggs 4
  • Flour 250 gms
  • 1 lemond rind
  • Baking powder 3 gms
  Directions:
  1. Soften & whisk butter until creamy.
  2. Add splende / sugar whisk again for a few minutes
  3. Add chopped prunes.
  4. Mix flour, with baking powder and lemon rinds.
  5. line cake tin with non-greasy paper
  6. Pour mixture into tin.
  7. Pre heat oven at 180°C for 90 minutes and then leave it to cool in tin for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
