Onion Garlic Tomato Chutney


  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 10 Cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1-Teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ Teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon haldi (turmeric powder)
  • Salt according to taste
      Directions: Heat oil in pan, sauté onions and garlic till golden brown in color. Add to it chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Next add red chili powder, haldi. Stir the mixture nicely. Add salt. Please do not add water. Cover the pan and cool for 8-10 minutes. Make paste of this mixture with blender (again do not add water). Store in airtight jar and refrigerate.
