Muesli with Prunes
Ingredients:
- Grated unpeeled apple 1cup
- Rolled oats 1/2cup
- Steel cut oats 1/2cup
- Almonds 1/2cup,chopped
- Sunflower seeds 1/2cup,raw
- Apple juice 1/2cup
- Prunes (dried) 1/2cup, quatered
- Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
- Sliced banana and yogurt, for serving
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix apple, oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and prunes. Add apple juice, orange zest and orange juice mix well, refrigerate, covered, overnight. Serve chilled topped with bananas and yogurt.
