Kutu Ki Poori

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup kuttu ka atta
  • 2 Boiled potato (boiled aloo)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vrat salt (saindha namak)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper powder (kali mirch)
  • Prefer Extra virgin Olive Oil for Frying
   

Directions:

  • Mash boiled potatoes.
  • Now mix vrat salt, kuttu ka atta, kali mirch and mashed potatoes and knead into dough.
  • Make small balls and knead into round pooris.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry each poori in oil (prefer olive oil).
  • When cooked on one side turn it and cook on the other side also until it turns light brown.
  • Use tissue paper or oil soaking paper before serving pooris to extract all extra oil.
  • Serve them hot.
