Idietitian Fruit Parfait


  • 2 Cups chopped papaya
  • 1 Cup hanged dahi, ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ Tsp Vanila essence, 3 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1Tbsp strawberry crush or syrup- just to coat the glasses, a big apple to decorate
  • ¼ Cup anar ke dane, 1-2 slices of fresh ripe pineapple
  • 2 Kiwi fruits – peeled and chopped, ½ cup sliced strawberries
  1. Put papaya in a mixer. Blend till smooth. Cook this papaya puree for 3-4 minutes on medium flame keep aside to cool.
  2. Put hung dahi, cooked papaya puree, milk and vanilla essence in the blender and blend again. Check and add sugar for taste. Keep papaya whip aside.
  3. Coat a narrow glass with ½ tsp of strawberry syrup. 1 tsp anar k daane.
  4. Arranged a layer of chopped pineapple pieces.Put one layer of papaya whip.
  5. Arrange some kiwi and strawberries along the side of the glass.
  6. Put a layer of whip again. Keep in the fridge
  7. At the time of serving, top with 3-4 thin, tall pieces of apple slices with peel. Dizzle some crush on them. Serve.
