Green Oat kebab

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats –roasted in a karahi for 5 minutes on low heat till light golden
  • ½ cup boiled or frozen peas
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 green chilli-chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tsp oil
  Directions:
  1.  Wash spinach and put in a kadahi. cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from fire.
  2. Add 1 green chill & chopped coriander. Add the roasted oats and mix well.
  3. Add all the other ingredients. Put in a grinder and grind to a rough paste.Remove from fire.
  4. Add 4-5 tbsp water to make the mixture bind together.
  5. Add lemon juice to taste. Check seasoning.Divide into 8 balls. Flatten balls to get square pieces. Pan fry in a non stick pan in 1-2 tsp oil till golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup.
