Things You Need:
8 slices of brown bread 1 cup of grated cheese 1/2 cup of grated cottage cheese 1 chopped medium sized onion 1 medium sized capsicum (chopped & seeded) 4-5 finely chopped green chilies 1 medium red capsicum (cut into thin slices) Fistful of coriander leaves Salt to taste Black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to over 180° C. 2. In a bowl take grated cheese and cottage cheese, and add to them onions, capsicum, green chilies and some coriander leaves, and mix well. 3. Then spread on the bread slices, generous amounts of this mixture. Place some red bell pepper slices on each of these. 4. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder. 5. Place the brad slices in the oven and cook for just the moment the cheese starts to melt. 6. Serve hot with ketchup or garlic dip.
