Eat low-fat pita chips
Ingredients: 4 white pita bread pockets, olive oil spray for cooking, 1 teaspoon paprika.
How to Prepare
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Spray 1side of each pita with oil and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon paprika on all.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut each bread pocket into 8 triangles and place them on 2 baking trays, in a single layer.
- Now bake them for 8-10 minutes until bread is crisp, keep swapping the trays every 4 minutes.
- Keep aside to cool.
Now it is ready to serve.
