Eat low-fat pita chips

Ingredients: 4 white pita bread pockets, olive oil spray for cooking, 1 teaspoon paprika. How to Prepare

  • Preheat oven to 200C
  • Spray 1side of each pita with oil and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon paprika on all.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut each bread pocket into 8 triangles and place them on 2 baking trays, in a single layer.
  • Now bake them for 8-10 minutes until bread is crisp, keep swapping the trays every 4 minutes.
  • Keep aside to cool.
Now it is ready to serve.
