What you need

2 large eggs, whisked
2 slices rye bread, roasted
1/4tsp dried dill
Cooking spray
2 tbsp Feta Cheese, crumbled


1. Heat a nonstick skillet. Spray the pan. Add Broccoli, and cook for 3 minutes, keep stirring in between.
2. In a small bowl, mix together cheese, egg, nd dill. Spread the mixture into pan.Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, flip the omelet and cook 2 minutes or until cooked perfectly.Serve with toast.
