Crunchy Fruit Parfait
Ingredients:
- Kiwi 1/2 cup, diced
- Mango 1/2cup, diced (optional)
- Strawberries 1/2cup, sliced
- Grapes 1/2cup
- Yogurt (low fat) 2cup
- Crunchy muesli 1cup
- Honey 1tsp
- Strawberry & mint leaves to garnish
Directions:
- Mix fruits in a bowl.
- Layer the fruit, yogurt and muesli in another bowl.
- Repeat layers as required.
- Sprinkle muesli & drizzle with honey.
- Serve chilled, garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
Tips: You can also add raspberries, blur berries.
