Crispy Cauliflower with Tahini sauce

Ingredients:

-Cauliflower (chopped) - 1 large -Olive oil -2-3 tablespoons -Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon -Onion paste - 1 teaspoon -Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup -Sea salt - 1 teaspoon -To make Tahini Sauce: -Tahini (sesame seed paste) -2 tablespoons -Water - 2 tablespoons -Lemon juice (from half a lemon) -Garlic (minced) - 1 clove (I use Gourmet Garden) -Pinch of salt -Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon -Fresh mint - 1/4 cup

Directions:

1. Pre -heat the oven at 425 degrees. 2. Toss cauliflower with garlic, olive oil, onion paste and salt in a bowl and stir well. 3. Add to it bread crumbs and again shake or stir. 4. Now place the cauliflower onto a sheet pan and put in the oven for   almost 15-20 minutes. Keep stirring it. 5. Whisk the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, all together. If too thick add more water. 6. Remove the sheet pan, add the dressing, toss gently and sprinkle mint leaves over it.
