- 4 Cup of sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 Bananas, sliced
- 1 ½ Cup of vanilla fat-free yogurt or plain fat-free yogurt
- 1Cup crushed ice
- Strawberries halved for garnishing
Blend together strawberries ,banana, milk and yogurt until smooth.
Add crushed ice again blend until smooth and consistent.
Garnish with fresh halved strawberries or sliced banana.
