Preheat oven at 325F and grease a 8-by-4 inch loaf pan.
Take a large bowl, add applesauce, honey, and brown sugar. Beat the eggs into the bowl. To the mix, put the mashed bananas and almond milk. Stir the mixture while adding baking soda, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Once the ingredients are mixed thoroughly, fold in the flour til it is just combined. Don’t overdo the mixing part.
The batter is now ready to be poured into the prepared pan. Bake it until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. That will take about 50-60 minutes.
To prevent quick browning, cover the top with a foil.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before de-molding, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
