Baked Vegetable Jalfrazie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled chopped vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, peas and french beans)
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup grated paneer
  • 1 cup tomato gravy
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • A pinch of garam masala
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions till slightly golden in color.
  • Now add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
  • To this add the boiled vegetables, chili powder, garam masala, salt and chopped coriander. Cook for a few minutes and remove from flame.
  • Take a baking dish, line it with a bit of oil. Add the cooked vegetables to it.
  • Layer it with tomato gravy and grated paneer.
  • Bake it for 10 min in a preheated oven at 200 C.
